Moots MX Divide

  1. Sick looking ride, will be interested in your thoughts on how it performs. I have had my eye on the divide or an YBB for some time now

  2. I've gotten a couple rides on it and so far so good. It's 25.6 lbs as shown so it's reasonably light and the ride quality is amazing. Handling is great, and stiffness is consistently confidence inspiring from front-to-back.

  3. A few rides later I've gotten the shock dialed in and have played with the Pro Pedal settings as well. I had been running it pretty much wide open- and that was fine if not slightly bouncy. On options 1 and 2 it felt pretty similar with 2 being a little more stable for out-of-the-saddle efforts and slightly firmer underfoot when pedaling squares while seated. On 3 it really feels like a race bike where every mashed revolution goes straight into forward motion. Standing efforts are much more stable as well.
